This component must be glued very precisely with an industrial adhesive or two-component adhesive to the previously cleaned and roughened lower end of the main segment #1 of the 10m fiberglass mast. The positioning and dosage must also be correct so that the screw cap fits properly afterwards. This is usually not a job for hobbyists because the adhesive for rubber and plastic is often not available. (However, it is possible for people with the relevant experience and equipment).
